The ceremony commenced with the awarding of Membership Certificates to newly enrolled members of the Zia Foundation, symbolizing their dedication to supporting the foundation’s mission of fostering educational, social, and environmental development across the region.

Certificates were then presented to winners and participants of the recent Essay Writing Competition, co-organized by the Vitasta School of Law and Humanities and the Zia Foundation on October 21, 2024. Centered around the theme, “Law as a Means for Transformation in Society,” the competition provided students with a platform to share insights on social and cultural issues through their writing.

Additionally, the event celebrated the winners of the Inter-College Quiz Competition held at the Central University of Kashmir, which highlighted students’ knowledge and teamwork while encouraging academic excellence across various disciplines.

The ceremony was coordinated by Saqib Ayoub, Shazia Durrani, and Saba Bashir, esteemed faculty members at the Vitasta School of Law and Humanities, whose efforts contributed significantly to the event’s success.

Rakib Ahmad Zia, Chairman of the Zia Foundation, expressed gratitude to all participants and warmly welcomed the new members. He emphasized the role of academic and social activities in fostering intellectual growth and a sense of community among young people.

The Principal of Vitasta School also conveyed appreciation for the students’ efforts and the foundation’s support in promoting academic pursuits.
