Srinagar: A Kashmiri student from Safapora Ganderbal, was found dead in his rented room near Mandi Gobindgarh area of Punjab on Monday.
The student identified as Salik Naseer was enrolled in a Bachelor of Science program at RIMT Chandigarh, a new agency NVI reported.
Local police found his body and have initiated an investigation to determine the circumstances leading to his death.
