Citizens with such grievances can visit the cell every Tuesday from 12:00 p.m. onwards. To streamline the process, individuals are encouraged to register for appointments in advance via the following contact details: WhatsApp: 9906126468, Email: grievance-cidjk@jkpolice.gov.in, Helpline (Srinagar): 0194-2459935

In addition, a similar grievance cell is set to be established at the CID Headquarters on Canal Road, Jammu, after the offices transition from Srinagar to Jammu for the winter. The initiative aims to provide a more accessible and efficient platform for the public to resolve their verification-related concerns.
