Jammu: An army soldier was injured during an infiltration bide by terrorists along the Line of Control (LoC) in Nowshera sector of Rajouri district on Saturday, officials said.

An official told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that an encounter ensued in Kalal area of Nowshera sector when army troops intercepted a group of terrorists trying to sneak into this side from across the border.
He said that a soldier was injured during the exchange of fire, while terrorists fled from the spot even as massive search operation has been launched in the area.
