Sopore:A 62-year-old man was killed following a scuffle over a land dispute in Tarzoo village, Sopore, Baramulla district. The incident occurred after a heated argument with his cousin escalated into violence.
The victim, identified as Khazir Mohammad Malik of Astan Mohalla Tarzoo, was rushed to a local healthcare facility, where he was declared dead upon arrival.
In response, the police quickly registered an FIR under case number 89/2024 at Police Station Amargrah and arrested the accused. An official confirmed that an investigation is underway.
