Sajjad Shaheen led delegation calls on Dr Farooq Abdullah

Srinagar: A delegation from Banihal, led by candidate Sajjad Shaheen, called on the President of the Jammu and Kashmir National Conference, Dr. Farooq Abdullah, at his residence in Gupkar today.

The delegation, which also included DDC Chairman Dr. Shamshad Shan, met Dr. Farooq Abdullah. During the meeting, several members from the Democratic Progressive Azad Party (DPAP) and Apni Party joined the National Conference fold on the occasion. Prior to this meeting, the delegation had a fruitful discussion with Omar Abdullah at his Gupkar residence.
