Jammu: An old under-barrel grenade launcher (UBGL) shell was recovered by security forces in Poonch district on Wednesday, officials said.
The shell was found near the Chandimarh river in the Surankote area after some people spotted it and informed authorities, they said.
The shell was defused, they added.
