Gulmarg Tangmarg Working Journalists Association celebrates community contributions

Tangmarg: The Gulmarg Tangmarg Working Journalists Association organized an inspiring program under the theme “Let’s Together Make Society Fragrant” at Townhall Tangmarg.

The event was graced by the presence of Chief Guest SSP Baramulla, Amod Ashok Nagpure-IPS, and Guest of Honor, District Information Officer Baramulla, Ifthikhar Ahmad. The program also saw participation from SDPO Tangmarg, BMO Kunzer, DDC Tangmarg, XEN PDD Tangmarg, and other officials from the Subdivision Gulmarg.

The event highlighted the dedication and positive contributions of employees from various departments, who were awarded certificates of appreciation for their honesty and commitment to societal betterment.

President of the Gulmarg Tangmarg Working Journalists Association, Bhat Mudasir, alongside association members, presented tokens of love to the attending officers. A special certificate of appreciation was also presented to SSP Baramulla for his commendable efforts in reducing drug abuse in the district by 80%.

In his address, SSP Baramulla lauded the association’s initiative to honor dedicated officials and urged all officers to continue striving for the betterment of society.
