Srinagar: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has granted approval for independent MP Engineer Rashid to be sworn in as a Member of Parliament on July 5.
The approval has been granted under specific conditions, including a prohibition on media interactions.
The final decision now rests with the Patiala House Court, which will issue its ruling on July 2.
