Srinagar: A teenage girl allegedly hanged herself to death at her home in Harwan area of Srinagar late on Thursday evening, officials said.
An 18-year-old girl (name withheld) hanged herself to death at her home in Harwan Srinagar yesterday evening. She was rushed to a hospital by her family members where doctors declared her as dead, news agency Kashmir Scroll reported.
It said police have registered a case and started investigations to find out the reasons behind her alleged suicide.
