Srinagar: A young man was found dead on Friday evening in the Bandala Mang area in Rajouri, police said.
Quoting police, news agency Kashmir Scroll reported that a body was found lying at around 7:15 PM in the Bandala Mang area near Badhoon, following which local authorities too were notified.
He said the deceased has been identified as 25-year-old Shadab Ahmad, son of Khaliq Hussain, a resident of Chhaprian.
He said inquest proceedings have been initiated to determine the cause of death.
