JKEDI holds EAP for students of GDC Tral

SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir Entrepreneurship Development Institute (JKEDI), District Centre Pulwama in collaboration with Government Degree College, Tral organised an Entrepreneurship Awareness Programme (EAP) within the college campus.

The awareness program was held at Government Degree College, Tral, as part of the institute’s mandate to foster entrepreneurial spirit among the youth of Jammu and Kashmir and make them aware about different government initiatives for entrepreneurship development like the J&K Startup Policy.

The program witnessed participation of aspiring entrepreneurs and enthusiastic students, all eager to explore the realms of entrepreneurship. JKEDI, with its commitment to nurture entrepreneurship in the region, orchestrated the awareness program as a step towards instilling a culture of innovation and enterprise among the educated youth of the district Pulwama.

Dr. Mushtaq Ahmad Malik, Principal Government Degree College, Tral was the chief guest on occasion.

Dr. Suhail Ahmad, Assistant Professor, Veterinary Technology, spearheaded the initiative emphasizing the significance of entrepreneurship in today’s dynamic business landscape.

The participants were briefed about the J&K Startup Policy, 2024-27.

Rayees Manzoor, District Nodal Officer, JKEDI Pulwama along with Waseem Afzal Naik, Assistant Faculty conducted and coordinated the program.
