Kupwara: Security forces on Monday claimed to have busted a terrorist hideout in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
An official said a large cache of arms, ammunition, equipment and other war-like stores were recovered from the busted hideout in Awra Kupwara during a search operation.
He said based on specific input, a joint search operation was launched by Army and police in the dense forest area of Awra, Kupwara, today.
“During search a terrorist hideout was busted, and a large cache of arms, ammunition, equipment and other war-like stores have been recovered,” he said.
