Srinagar: Police have arrested a drug peddler in Sopore and recovered contraband substance from his possession, a police spokesperson informed Sunday.
He said one Ghulam Nabi Malla, son of Ghulam Ahmad Malla of Rohama, was arrested at a checkpoint at Rohama after 50 grams of cannabis-like substance was recovered from his possession.
A case has been registered at Police Station Panzla for investigation.
