Political, social activists from Srinagar and Kulgam join Apni Party

Srinagar: Several prominent political and social leaders from Srinagar and Kulgam districts joined the Apni Party during special events held at the party headquarters in Srinagar on Tuesday.

On these occasions, the party president, Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari, gave a warm welcome to the new entrants and assured them that the entire party leadership would stand by them when they went out to serve the people in their respective areas.

The new entrants from Srinagar included prominent social activist from Srinagar’s Nowgam area Ms Sheraz Malik, Irfan Ahmad from Sonawar, Shabir Ahmad from Lasjan, Burhan from Zewan, Danish from Bemina, Shabir Ahmad from Sonwar, Ashraf Wani from Lasjan, and their associates.

The party leaders who were present on the occasion to greet these new entrants included the party’s Provincial President Mohammad Ashraf Mir, Media Advisor Farooq Andrabi, State Convenor and District In Charge Ganderbal Haji Parvez Ahmad, District President Srinagar Noor Mohammad Sheikh, Senior Vice President (first) Srinagar Mohammad Shafi Mir, Provincial President for the party’s Youth Wing Khalid Rathore, Provincial Organiser Kashmir and DDC member Harwan Shabir Ahmad Reshi, General Secretary of the party’s ST Wing Khalid Bhadana, Provincial President ST Wing Rafiq Ahmad Balote, State Secretary of Youth Wing Tanveer Hussain Pathan, Senior Vice President Srinagar and In Charge for Habba Kadal constituency Jeelani Hamid Kumar, District Youth President and In Charge for the Khanyar constituency Mohsin Zaffar Shah, District Publicity Secretary Adil Bhat, District Organiser Srinagar Sheikh Nisar, Senior Worker Parvez Ahmad, and others.

The new entrant from Kulgam was Sareer Ahmad Sheikh, former Vice Chairman Municipal Committee Kulgam. The party president Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari along with several senior party leaders greeted these new members into the party fold. The prominent party leaders who were present on the occasion included the party’s Media Advisor Farooq Andrabi, Vice Chairperson DDC Kulgam Shazia Jan, General Secretary of the party’s ST Wing Khalid Badhana, Constituency IN Charge Langate Khwaja Munawar, Senior Leader Dawood Lodhi, District Youth President Kulgam Mohammad Ashraf Dar, Youth President Uri Sajad Ahmad Sheikh, and others.
