Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir Accounts Employees Association (JKAEA) extends its warm gratitude to Dr. S.D Vadiya, the esteemed Principal Secretary of Finance, for the issuance of promotion orders placing 62 Assistant Accounts Officers as in-charge Junior Scale Accounts Officers with Charge Allowance as per regulations.

This development marks a significant milestone for members of the J&K Subordinate Accounts Service, and particularly for the JKAEA, as it reflects the fulfilment of commitments made by Dr. Vadiya in recent engagements with the association.

The issuance of these promotion orders is hailed as a commendable initiative, representing the first of its kind from Dr. Vadiya’s office. It underscores the commitment to addressing the concerns and aspirations of the members of JKAEA.

The association acknowledges the collective and strenuous efforts of Sh. Mahesh Das, Director General of Accounts and Treasuries, and Sh. S.L.P, Advisor in Finance, in clearing backlogs and addressing stagnation within the J&K Accounts Services.

JKAEA remains optimistic about the resolution of other pending issues, as Dr. Vadiya has already assured the association of his commitment to addressing them promptly.
