Lok-Adalat on Cheque Bounce (138 NI Act) cases to be held on Feb 17

SRINAGAR: As per the plan of action/Lok-Adalat calendar for the year, 2024, issued by J&K Legal Services Authority, the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) is scheduled to conduct Lok-Adalat for Cheque Bounce (138 NI Act) Cases on, 17th of February, 2024 at District Court Complex Srinagar as well as at Munsiff Court Panthachowk, for amicable settlement of such cases, pending in the courts at various levels.

Therefore, it is notified for information of all concerned Ld. Advocates as well as Persons/ parties who desire to get their Cheque Bounce (138 NI Act) cases settled through the said Lok-Adalat may approach DLSA, Srinagar or the concerned court, by or before 14th of February, 2024, for referring their aforementioned nature case to the said Lok-Adalat for their amicable settlement.
