Srinagar: Rajiv Omprakash Pande took over the charge of the office of Deputy Inspector General of Police, Central Kashmir Range, Srinagar Thursday, an official press release informed.
It said the officer was welcomed by the officers and staff of RPHQ Srinagar. Later on, the officer was presented with a guard of Honor.
