Sajad Lone welcomes former NC & PDP members from Lolab into PC

Srinagar: J&K Peoples Conference President Sajad Gani Lone presided over an impactful joining ceremony today, extending a warm welcome to numerous individuals from the Maqam Dardpora, Thandoosa and Walkula areas of the Lolab constituency. 

The new members included former affiliates of NC and PDP, comprising prominent political workers and dynamic youth.

Expressing the party’s unwavering commitment to improving the well-being of the people, Sajad Lone emphasized the paramount importance of vital infrastructure development throughout the region.

“Peoples Conference is gaining widespread support through its comprehensive outreach programs. Our developmental agenda resonates with the hopes and aspirations of the people, addressing their longstanding demands for essential infrastructure development, a conducive business environment and ample employment opportunities for the youth,” he noted.

PC President further steered a crucial meeting with senior PC workers from Badrehar-Nagranar halqa in the Handwara constituency.

The discussions encompassed a range of issues, with a specific focus on development, addressing public concerns and fortifying the party’s grassroots cadre.

In his address, the PC President stressed the urgent need for rapid infrastructure and human resource development, capitalizing on the region’s scenic beauty and natural resources.

“If given the chance, our youth possess the capability to lead the transformation of the entire region with their intellect and enthusiasm,” he asserted.

He also directed senior members to sustain proactive engagement with the local populace through extensive public outreach initiatives.

Besides, DDC Kupwara Vice Chairman Haji Farooq, Spokesperson Adnan Ashraf Mir, District Youth President Mansoor Banday, District Youth Vice President Rahil Dar, and Youth Constituency Head Lolab Bilal Ahmed, among others, were also present.
