‘No need for prior appointments’: DGP to meet general public twice every month

Jammu: In light of the elaborate arrangements in place for both pre and post-Republic Day events, the General Public is hereby notified that the Director General of Police’s (DGP’s) Public Grievance Redressal Programme, initially slated for this Saturday, has been postponed.

The decision to reschedule the program was made to ensure the seamless execution of Republic Day security measures and festivities. Authorities are keen on maintaining public safety and order during this significant national celebration.
