Srinagar: A 60-year-old man died after falling off an under-construction building at Kanispora Baramulla on Sunday evening.

An official told Kashmir Scroll that Ali Mohammad Najar, son of Abdul Gaffar Najar, of Shuglipora Khag in Budgam fell from under construction at Kanispora.

“He was shifted to GMC Hospital Baramulla for treatment, where he has succumbed to his injuries,” the official said.

“Medico-legal formalities are underway following which the body will be handed over to the family for last rites,” the official said further.
