Srinagar: Police have arrested a drug peddler in Kulgam and recovered contraband substance from his possession, a police spokesman informed Thursday.
He said at a checkpoint established at Mirbazar Chowk, police intercepted and later arrested one Aamir Shafi Magray, son of Mohammad Shafi Magray of Lalan Anantnag after 4.3 kgs of grinded cannabis concealed in a nylon bag were recovered from his possession. A case has been registered in this regard.
