Srinagar: Motorcycle-borne terrorists opened fire on security forces in the Samboora area of Pulwama late Thursday evening.
Sources said that terrorists fired upon a security force in Naka, prompting a retaliatory response.
The terrorists fled taking the Kakapora-Pulwama route, sources said.
They further said that Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) had been launched to apprehend the terrorists.
