JAMMU: The Government today extended the winter vacations for Jammu Summer Zone Schools by two days.
“The winter vacations are hereby extended upto 6th of January, 2024, in respect of all Government/Private recognized Schools, falling in the Summer Zone of Jammu Division, because of inclement weather conditions,” reads an order issued by the Director of School Education Jammu.
“Any default on the part of the Head of the Schools/Teaching staff in observance of the above schedule shall attract action under Rules,” reads the order.
