Wani said Congress will emerge stronger given its pro-people policies and the struggle to safeguard public rights, which are under assault under BJP Rule. He said the wrong policies of the BJP are responsible for the chaos and miseries confronting the public while pushing them towards darkness.

Wani added that Congress shall not compromise on its stated position of unifying people and working towards their progress and prosperity. “The Party is fully capable of defeating the designs of BJP and its offshoots, who are working in J&K against the aspirations of the people to benefit BJP politically, but that is not going to happen, as they stand fully exposed before the public.”

JKPCC Senior Vice President also addressed the meeting and told the workers that they should start mass contact in their respective areas and highlight public issues for their resolution.

Mahila Congress President Shameema Raina, DCC President Gh. Qadir, PCC Functionaries including General Secretaries and Secretaries also addressed the meeting.
