To avert the occurrence of any such incidence, the General Public at large and the ration card holders, in particular, are informed through the medium of this notice to not pay any heed to such unverified telephonic calls and immediately report the same to the police.

The Department of FCS&CA, J&K does not seek any information from the rationees through telephonic calls and the beneficiaries have to approach their concerned Fair Price Dealers only for the ongoing e-KYC verification. The process of e-KYC verification doesn’t involve the sharing of OTP/Aadhar numbers by the ration card holder.
