Srinagar: On the solemn occasion of Police Commemoration Day held at Zewan in Srinagar, the Jammu and Kashmir Police’s Special Director General for Criminal Investigation Department (CID), RR Swain, delivered a heartfelt message emphasizing the priceless gift of blood, something that transcends human creation.
Swain eloquently reminded the audience that blood is a gift from nature, beyond the realm of human manufacturing. He highlighted the emotional bond we share in times of joy and sorrow, suggesting that sharing something as tangible as blood should be just as natural. “Donating blood to potentially save a life is a profoundly gratifying experience,” he expressed.
The event was a remarkable testament to the J&K police’s commitment to community well-being, as 200 dedicated policemen wholeheartedly participated in a blood donation camp, signifying their unwavering devotion to the welfare of their community.
