Aristotle once said that ‘Man is a Social Animal’ which depicts that he can’t live in isolation. In one way or another other human beings are dependent on each other. Usually, they counter each other either for a purpose or for a task that creates a web of relationships where we live in and that’s called society. Everyone is dealing with something on this planet. Both joy and sorrow are natural parts of life. In order to hide their genuine feelings full of fear, disguise, and displeasure they tend to put on a smile on their face.

‘Smiling’ which is a soft look is one of the best behavioral trends, when someone passes a smile to another person it is a sign of relief and a mark of no animosity. Even sometimes a sober smile helps one to remain safe in a difficult situation or helps a person to counter unruly circumstances. It encourages positive thinking. Smiling is contagious. A smile is also something that is easy to pass on. Much like yawning, smiling is contagious.

Let’s say in a room of 100 people, there would be 100 stories to tell. Life is not the same for everyone and at the same time it is a Roller Coaster Ride that encompasses grief, joy, and worry; it’s a test to pass and there’s a thing one should live every chance out of it. One fair look can really change the mood of a person who has his own perspective about life as I Mool Raj want to say, asmile is a curve that sets everything straight.Compassion and mutual understanding have the potential to make the world a better to live.

This awareness dawns on us as we meditate. Through meditation, we realise our true nature as soul. When we connect with the love and Light of God in meditation, we experience the love, joy and bliss that we were born seeking, and this love seeps into our very being. It’s directly associated with smiling and happiness. A smiling face is always regarded as the first step of negotiation. Do you know that smiling helps lower blood sugar levels and blood pressure, reduced stress, boosts immune systems, and releases natural painkillers and steroids? It’s linked to better health.

Some studies also suggest that smiling is linked to a longer life span. Smiling more can mean living a longer and healthier life as Douglas Horton says, “Smile it’s a free therapy.”And there are plenty more studies out there to make you smile (or at least, serve as reference for why you should). Researchers at the University of Kansas published findings that smiling helps reduce the body’s response to stress and lower heart rate in tense situations; another study linked smiling to lower blood pressure, while yet another suggests that smiling leads to longevity.

Studies aside, there are plenty of living, breathing, smiling humans who can testify to the fact that looking the part of happy helps them get through the day.Research also shows that if you smile even if you are in bad mood, your mood will improve immediately because the simple action of smiling even triggers happy chemicals. Smiling lighten and brightens the mood of a person. Smile has already changed the world since evolution, and will continue changing the world because one of the most powerful things that the universe carries is Smile.

A smile can cut through all the barriers. It knows no prejudice. No matter who you are, your smile will always be understood. A smile describes something bigger. It represents goodwill, affection, and openness. It wordlessly communicates happiness and acceptance. It actually connects and encompasses us all.

That’s why always try to be a helping hand to others. Try not to be the reason for the disappointment and dizziness of others, be the reason for smile for others. This world is full of hardships, ups, and downs, People have much to say that no other person can relate to. Try to be a reason for ease and relief to others and really a smile can change it all.

A smile is a powerful tool for social engagement. Smiles have a huge impact on how we feel and act in both public and private affairs. Indeed, a smile of delight spreads positivity as Mother Teresa claims; “Peace begins with a smile.”
