Speaking on the successful culmination of the test, the CEO of Mission Youth, Dr. Shahid Iqbal Choudhary complimented district administrations and their respective Deputy Commissioners for their collaboration, which played a pivotal role in making the program a resounding success. He emphasized the significance of this initiative in providing aspiring candidates with an invaluable opportunity to receive top-notch guidance for their civil services preparation.

Dr. Choudhary further highlighted the accomplishments of the previous year’s PARVAAZ scheme, which initially provided 1000 seats for IAS/JKAS to underprivileged candidates. He highlighted that in response to the overwhelming demand and enthusiasm from the ground, the allocation of seats has been increased by an additional 50%, opening up even more avenues for young individuals to pursue their dreams.

Mission Youth, in its commitment to empowering the youth of Jammu and Kashmir, has taken this significant step to help students from marginalized communities. This transformative program has been designed to support and assist aspiring marginalized candidates in their journey to crack these prestigious administrative examinations.

The PARVAAZ scheme, initiated by Mission Youth, stands as a beacon of hope for eligible candidates by offering high-quality coaching and comprehensive guidance. Participants are granted access to a wealth of valuable resources, including study materials, interactive learning sessions, test series, and personalized mentorship from experienced faculty members. The overarching objective is to equip candidates with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in fiercely competitive exams.

This transformative initiative epitomizes Mission Youth’s unwavering commitment to nurturing the untapped potential of young individuals from Jammu and Kashmir and empowering them to achieve their aspirations. From the program’s inception to the conduction of the PQT, the entire process of registration was end-to-end digital and user-friendly, completed within a remarkably short span of just one month, a testament to the Mission Youth’s dedication and efficiency.
