Bandipora: A day after his sister drowned to death while trying to save him from drowning in Sumbal area of Bandipora, 21-year-old brother too succumbed at a hospital on Monday.
Officials said that Nazakat Ali, who was admitted at SKIMS Soura Hospital, succumbed today.
On Sunday, Nazakat drowned while bathing in Jhelum river his sister jumped into the water to save him but drowned to death.
While his brother was rescued, the girl drowned to death.
Nazakat was shifted to hospital and lost his battle with life today.
The body of the deceased was handed over to his family members for last rites after completion of legal formalities.
