SRINAGAR: A joint delegation of Kashmir Road Safety Foundation and White Globe Trust called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today at Raj Bhawan.
The members of the delegation led by Nasir Ali Khan briefed the Lt Governor on the endeavors of their organizations for spreading awareness on road safety and engaging youth in various constructive activities.
Muhammad Aaqib Renzushah, Youth leader and Corporator of Srinagar Municipal Corporation apprised the Lt Governor about various youth-related issues of his constituency.
Later, Manzoor Bhat, BJP leader, also called on the Lt Governor and put forth the issues related to the promotion of heritage tourism in the Shahr-e-Khas area of Srinagar.
Mir Junaid, President of Jammu & Kashmir Workers Party (JKWP) apprised the Lt Governor about various issues of public importance including the implementation of languishing projects in the Kupwara district.
The Lt Governor assured the delegations of due consideration of all the genuine issues and demands projected by them during the interaction.
