Baramulla: A 12-year-old girl was killed in a road accident in Trumbgund of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Tuesday morning.
According to family sources, the girl, identified as Sonobar Maqbool daughter of Maqbool Ahmad Dar, a resident of Trumbgund Bulgam was hit by a swift car. She was taken to a nearby hospital but died on the way.
A police official confirming the incident said that a case has been registered in this regard and the car driver has been arrested.
