Police flags-off group of students for 23rd Rashtra Katha Shivir-2023

Srinagar: On the directions of ADGP Kashmir, Vijay Kumar, a flag-off ceremony for a group of 50 students of Kashmir valley along with 03 caretakers for their participation in 23rd Rashtra Katha Shivir-2023 at Rajkot Gujarat, was organized by Zonal Police Headquarters Kashmir at Police Control Room Kashmir.

The programme “23rd Rashtra Katha Shivir-2023” is being organized by Shri Vedic Mission Trust. This program aims at inculcating life skills through orations from renowned orators. SSP PCR Kashmir along with other officers of PCR Kashmir & ZPHQ participated in the impressive flag-off ceremony. Worth to mention here that all the boarding and lodging facilities are being provided by Zonal Police Headquarters Kashmir. Besides, a customized kit containing clothes, etc has also been provided to all the participating students.

SSP PCR Kashmir while interacting with the students belonging to different parts of Kashmir valley said that this tour aims to provide a platform for orientation and nurturing of youth in various disciplines such as National Integration, Social & Religious harmony and Martial Arts, etc. This tour will provide an opportunity for the participating students to understand the togetherness of India and its immense diversity.

He also advised the students to imbibe nationalism and the greatness of the country and to take full advantage of the opportunity and collect memories for life during the camp, besides wishing them a fun-filled, safe journey.

Parents and touring students applauded the efforts made by J&K Police for such a mesmerizing initiative and thanked the Police for providing them an opportunity to participate in the 23rd Rashtra Katha Shivir-2023 in Gujarat.
