PHQ issues induction, absorption list of 89 police personnel

Jammu: Police Headquarter J&K vide its order No. 264 has issued the final list of serving Police personnel who have qualified the Assistant Sub-Inspector, Steno (ASI, S) Ministerial Executive Cadre departmental examination. 89 personnel have been inducted/absorbed as ASI (S) under this order.

The Director General of Police, J&K, Dilbag Singh has congratulated all the inducted officers and their families.

In his message, the DGP expressed hope that this elevation would bring new and positive energy among them to work tirelessly for achieving the organizational goals as well as serving the people of the UT. He further said that more such opportunities would be given to the in-service personnel in the future also.

The sanction in respect of these officers has been accorded by the Board of officers headed by ADGP (Coord) PHQ Danesh Rana, which was constituted vide PHQ order No 932 of 2022 dated 16-03-2022 for conducting pre-selection tests in respect of in-service eligible candidates for induction/absorption in Ministerial Executive Cadre as ASI (S).
