Divcom-XI defeats Tehsil North by 24 runs

Srinagar: A T20 cricket match was played at SK stadium Sonwar Srinagar between Divcom-XI and Tehsil North in which the former defeated the latter by 24 runs.

After winning the toss and batting first, Divcom-XI won the toss and set a target of 153 runs in 20 overs. Tehsil North were bundled out in 19 overs and lost the match by 24 runs.

The Divcom Xi remained in the grip by winning three consecutive matches with other Government Departments.

Manzoor Ahmad from DivXI played a brilliant knock with 63 runs in 34 balls, Adil Fareed Additional Commissioner of Central kashmir also played a superb knock of 28 runs in only 18 balls.

The players have thanked the Divisional Commissioner Kashmir for supporting the staff to participate in the field of sports.
