GMC Srinagar Suspends UG-level Classwork Upto May 15

Srinagar: Continuing with the series of conferences of National and International magnitude, the Postgraduate Department of Surgery GMC Srinagar is yet again at the forefront by organising a one-day urological education program under the patronage of Prof Tanveer Masood, Principal dean GMC Srinagar, and Chairmanship of Prof Mufti Mahmood Head Department of Surgery GMC Srinagar. 

The programme has been organised in collaboration with SKIMS Soura, Superspeciality Hospital Shirenbagh under the aegis of the newly constituted Kashmir Urological Society (KUS) which shall be officially launched by Principal/Dean GMC Srinagar in presence of eminent urologists of kashmir and overseas who shall be sharing their vast experiences in the field of urology.

The Kashmir Urological Society which is an amalgam of senior experienced urologists and young trainees shall serve as a platform for training young urologists and standardizing urological care in the community at large. 

The KUS aims to conduct workshops in remote areas and bring urological services to the doorstep of poor patients living in remote areas of the valley.
