“Gokulam Kerala FC is a good team. They are also last year’s I-League champions,” Wadoo told the presser, who was flanked by RKFC’s player Jerry Onesmas Pulamte.

Wadoo said the mood is good in the dressing room and everyone is excited about tomorrow’s match.

“It is an important game and we want to be on top of the table. We have won both the games which we played in Imphal and in Srinagar. Everyone is excited about tomorrow’s game and playing good football,” he said.

Gokulam Kerala FC coach Richard Towa said the RKFC is a good team. “We won both the matches of the I-League like RKFC. The RKFC has played good football so far. It is their home ground which may be their advantage but we are ready to take them and play good football,” he added.

Both teams have reached six points after winning both their games. Earlier, RKFC defeated Naroca FC at the Khuman Lampak stadium in Imphal. Then in its first home match, RKFC won against Rajasthan United FC 2-0.

The match is scheduled to start at 2 pm at Synthetic Turf TRC Srinagar.
