Amir Rashid joins Apni Party

Srinagar: Social Activist and Founder of ‘Mooj Kasheer Welfare Trust, Amir Rashid Wani on Monday joined Apni Party in presence of the Party’s Senior Vice President Ghulam Hassan Mir, who gave a warm welcome to the new entrant at the party’s central office in Srinagar.

Besides Mir, the party’s General Secretary Rafi Ahmad Mir, Provincial President Mohammad Ashraf Mir, District President Srinagar Noor Mohammad Sheikh, Chairman DDC Srinagar Aftab Malik, General Secretary for the party’s Youth Wing Muzaffar Reshi, BDC member Aftab Beigh, and others were present on the occasion.

Welcoming Amir Rashid Wani into the party fold, Ghulam Hassan Mir said, “I greet you into Apni Party, and I assure you that party leadership will extend its support to you when you are out there to serve the people as a member of this party.”

He reiterated that the Apni Party’s key agenda is to work for the public interest. He said, “Apni Party has a clear-cut vision to ensure peace and prosperity of Jammu and Kashmir. Every member of the Party is there to serve a better future for the J&K people, who have been grappling with an unconducive environment and conflict for quite a long time.”
