Mudasir gave a patient hearing of all the public demands and assured them all their concerns have been recorded and shall be taken with the appropriate authorities for their timely redressal.

He also underlined the objective of the B2V4 campaign and said that the program aims to listen to the public grievances at their doorsteps. The Secretary added that the administration is keen to resolve public issues by developing a robust and effective public grievance redressal mechanism.

Urging the people to come forward and participate in such activities, Mudassir said some novel measures are being taken so as to realize the ambition of inclusive governance. He further added that various developmental works are being identified and subsequently approved in the ongoing programme.
