BANDIPORA: Various sports activities under the Banner of Jan Abhiyan were today conducted across the district.
The main events were conducted at HSS Nadihal.
The visiting officer Reyaz Ahmad from the Directorate of Youth Services and Sports was also present on the occasion.
Tug of war, Kabaddi, and volleyball competitions were conducted on the occasion. Panchayats including SK Bala-A, panchayat Chettaybandy-A, panchayat Nadihal-A and Nadihal-B, Arin-A, and Gamroo participated in the events.
The teams were felicitated with trophies.
In kabaddi panchayat, Chettaybandy-A defeated panchayat SK Bala, in volleyball Nadihal-A defeated Nadihal-B and in Tug of war panchayat, Nadihal-A defeated Chettaybandy-B.
