LG’s Rolling Trophy: Cricket tournament concludes at Doda

DODA: The LG’s Rolling Trophy Inter Zone District Level Cricket tournament organised by District Youth Services and Sports Department here under the aegis of Mission Youth concluded, today.

The closing ceremony of the grand event was held today at the Doda Sports Stadium.

District Development Commissioner, Vishesh Paul Mahajan was the Chief Guest, while Senior Superintendent of Police, Abdul Qayoom was the guest of honor. The final match was played between Zone Bhaderwah and Zone Gandoh.

Zone Bhaderwah won the Toss and decided to Bat and managed to Score 131 runs in 20 overs.

Zone Gandoh achieved the target in 15.1 overs. Uttam Singh was the highest scorer as he knocked 28 runs in 16 balls, while Babar Shah scored 20 runs in 14 balls. Zone Gandoh won by 02 wickets.

Uttam Singh was declared the man of the match, while Imran Ahmed from Zone Ghat emerged as theman of the series. The Prizes were distributed by the DDC Doda and SSP Doda.

 

The tournament concluded under the overall supervision of DYSSO Doda, Jaffar Haider Sheikh, and Field Staff.
