People allege despite providing hefty water bills yearly, the Jal Shakti department has failed to provide safe drinking water to residents of Narvaw area.

The residents appealed to Jal Shakhti Department authorities to look into the matter and take necessary steps so that their genuine problems are solved at the earliest.
