Srinagar: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has extended his heartiest greetings and best wishes to all on the momentous occasion of 76th Independence Day.

In a message, the Lt Governor said, the country is scripting an illustrious chapter in this Amrit Kaal Khand.
