Baramulla: A 27-year-old youth from Pattan area North Kashmir’s Baramulla district was found dead under mysterious circumstances in Delhi on Thursday, officials said here.
An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the youth identified as Aadil Ahmad Bhat son of Manzoor Ahmad Bhat of Hanjiwera Pattan was found dead at his rented accommodation in Delhi.
He said that his body has been sent for post-mortem and police are waiting for the arrival of his relatives.
“We are investigating the circumstances under which the incident took place,” a police officer from Delhi told KNO over phone.
He said that the deceased working in Delhi for the last several years after completing his education.
“A case under relevant sections of law has been registered while futher investigation has been taken up,” the official said—(KNO)
