Srinagar: The mother of Executive Editor of the Kashmir News Observer (KNO), Abid Bashir passed away on Sunday afternoon at her residence in Zafran Colony Srinagar after brief illness.

As per family sources, mother of Abid Bashir passed away today afternoon at her residence after a brief illness.

Meanwhile, Editor-in-Chief of KNO, Nasir Azam condoled the demise of Abid’s mother and expressed sympathy with the bereaved family.

In his condolence message, Nasir Azam prayed for peace to the departed soul and strength to the family, especially to Abid Bashir, to bear this irreparable loss.

Entire KNO staff also expressed condolences and sympathy with the bereaved the family.

‘Kashmir Images’ team condoles the sad demise, and expresses solidarity with the bereaved family, and prays for eternal peace to the departed soul.
