Srinagar: Himalayan Education Mission Rajouri was presented Tribal Welfar Award by Lt Governor Manoj Sinha today.
The award was given in a mega ceremony at Srinagar organised by Dept. of Tribal Affairs headed by Dr Shahid Iqbal Chowdhary.
Himalayan Education Mission has time and again been recognised for excellence in education, peace building and communal harmony besides it’s phenomenal contribution in the holistic upliftment of poor , underprivileged and down trodden sections of society particularly in Rajouri and Poonch areas.
