“In a first-of-a-kind event, Team of Elite PARA Brigade of Indian Army and Army Adventure Wing showcased an adrenaline-filled Para Motor display, which left the audience spellbound. Towards the culmination, renowned Kashmiri artist Kabul Bukhari captivated the audience with his renditions,” the PRO said.

“Local achiever, Sadia Tariq, who recently bagged a gold medal at Moscow Wushu Stars Championship 2022 was felicitated during the event by the Chief Guest to motivate the generation next of Kashmir to carve a niche for themselves in events in their respective professions. In addition, physical aids were distributed to specially-abled individuals,” he said.

“The event was attended by senior dignitaries from the Indian Army and Civil Administration. During the event, an appeal to the youth was made so that they continue to strive for an educated Kashmiri society and contribute to bringing development and peace to the region as the winds of change are being felt in Kashmir. The event catered for a lot of delicious food stalls and recreational games that made the events more enjoyable and memorable for the attendees,” he added.
