Shopian: The District Magistrate (DM), Shopian, Sachin Kumar Vaishya along with SSP Shopian, Amrit Pal Singh today visited Zainapora Shopian where Rojana temple was gutted in a fire mishap.
The District Magistrate ordered an inquiry into the incident to establish the cause of the fire. Forensic team has also collected the samples of the gutted temple and police are investigating the cause of fire and lodged an FIR in this regard.

Meanwhile, DM directed Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Zainapora for immediate restoration of the gutted temple.
