Jammu: Director General of Police J&K Dilbag Singh has greeted the people of J&K, all ranks of JKP, Security Forces, their families and families of martyrs on the auspicious occasions of Shab-i-Miraj and Mahashivratri.
In his message of felicitations, the DGP J&K has expressed hope that the celebration of these auspicious occasions would further strengthen the bonds of amity, harmony and brotherhood among all communities and be a harbinger of peace, progress and prosperity in the UT. He said that observation and celebrations of holy occasions and festivals collectively and in togetherness adds colour to the joyful events.
He has prayed that these festivals will bring people closer to one another and provide an opportunity to share the joy, happiness and blessings with one another to strengthen the bonds of communal harmony. He has wished all a happy Shivratri and Shab-e-Mehraj.
