Srinagar: A 24-year-old mechanic was found hanging from a tree in Nowgam area of Srinagar on Thursday, reports said.
Quoting official sources, news agency KNO reported that a man identified as Tawheed Ahmad, son of Ghulam Muhammad Dandra of Zonipora Nowgam, a generator mechanic, was found hanging from a tree in the morning.
Police have registered a case in this regard and started investigations, the news agency reported.
